One of the drawbacks of Gmail and Yahoo Mail that I see is that you cannot schedule mail to be sent in a future date and time. Many of us need that feature so that we can schedule a greeting or some other message to our loved ones / friends. Often I forgot to send a birthday wish to my friend on that particular day which I usually think of two or three days earlier. In such cases, the option to schedule a message would a boon.

Recently I came across a web based mail service from www.in.com, which offers you a feature to send mails in a future date and time. You have a “Future Mail” box from which you can compose a future mail and send it using a scheduler.

I wonder whether this kind of a feature is on the anvil in GMail or Yahoo Mail as a free service. This service must also be useful to schedule a News Letter if you have a small list of subscribers.

I do not know how far it is going to be successful. Will the users be annoyed at the audio, when they load the website? Yes, they might be. But, what if the speakers of switched off and the audio is played in the background?

You can make money by just inserting some javascript code at the bottom of your web page so that the audio is loaded. Using this javascript will not be a problem, as most of you would be already using adsense code.

Does this violate the terms of Adsense? No way, says the website that is selling this service.

Why not try loading the audio in your webpage for a few weeks and see whether you earn out of it? Definitely you can try it! You get a 25% commission on what the advertiser pays them!!!

Since this is not an eBay auction, not always the lowest bid price owner will win the auction. So, to build up confidence is the most critical course between you and other freelancers. You must always remember, PROJECT OWNER CAN CLOSE THEIR AUCTION ANYTIME. Which mean, they found their preferred freelancer. You must always convince the buyer before others do. Try to send as much portfolio as you can, which provided testimonials, statistic, and even calculate the estimated end day and promise them to submit routine report every week while the project is in developing progress. Trust me, I use to be a service buyer so I know what is in both service buyer and freelancers/service provider’s mind.

So, play smart between the following elements while placing your bid

• Bid Price
• Delivery Time
• Private Message
• Portfolio (be careful not to place contact info if you are using commission enabled freelancer network)
• Gantt Chart
• Routine Report

Project Payment

Negotiate with service buyer to pay the project according to module but one time fee, this will reduce their burden and make your service more professional.
