Samsung Omnia going the iPhone way?
Samsung Omnia, the new kid on the block from the house of Samsung, is definitely going to give the iPhone a run for its money. The design of Samsung Omnia must have been influenced by the iPhone and it goes the same way and might be far better for the money you spend on it.
It’s 3.2 inch touchscreen makes it easy to tap the icons on you screen with your finger. It uses TouchWiz technology which is widget based. There are different modes in which you can make the screen interactive. In one of the mode you can make use of a conventional mouse pointer to point to the pixels that you want to click. The Samsung Omnia mobile comes with a 5 megapixels camera with a resolution up to 2592 x 1944 pixels with autofocus. It also has an integrated FM Radio. You can find applications like Pocket Office which enables you to work on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote documents. A PDF viewer is also available. You can media file formats like MP3, AAC, WMA, OGG, AMR, DivX, WMV and MP4 and others. A TV Out point is also available for you to connect your Omnia to your TV.
